- You first sign up for one of the programs.
- Once enrolled, you will schedule a 15 minute phone consultation call from the link in your sign up email
- Next, sign up for a credit monitoring service (e.g. IdentityIQ, SmartCredit, etc.). We do not recommend 3rd party apps or credit services such as Experian.
- Once you have signed up and scheduled your consultation call, one of our Certified Credit Counselors will call you on the scheduled date and time. It is important to sign up for credit monitoring before your call so that we may have time to go over your credit report in detail prior to and then discuss it with you during the call.
- After the call, your credit goals and a plan of action will be determined. You will receive information via email about when your first round of disputes will be sent . Please allow at least 35-45 days for responses from the bureaus.

Since each credit report is different, your enrollment time will vary. However, for optimal results, please allow at least 4-6 months for best results. Depending on the severity of your credit report, it may take longer. We will do our best to keep you informed on your progress in the program.
